Cian Smyth was a member of the senior creative team delivering Hull UK City of Culture 2017; commissioning 465 new artworks and delivering 2,800 cultural events to an audience of 5.3million where over 95% of residents in the city attended at least one cultural activity and the programme contributed over £300million to the local economy.
